A rarely encountered Mid 19th Century Antique English Victorian Staffordshire Pottery Figure of an unidentified man, possibly a theatrical character ~ H 1411. Catalogued in Harding’s “Victorian Staffordshire Figures 1835 – 75” as Fig. 1411, where it is listed as being 21.60 cm. / 8.50 inches high. Surprisingly, we are able to offer two of these particular figures ex stock at the present time, each figure actually measuring 24.10 cm. / 9.50 inches in height, suggesting perhaps that these two figures were early out of the mould.
Height ~ 24.10 cm. / 9.50 inches ~ Width ~ 10.20 cm. / 4.00 inches ~ Depth ~ 7.60 cm. / 3.00 inches ~ Year ~ Circa 1860.
