Coronavirus Reflections…….

Open for Business 2Reflecting upon today’s Guardian article “Will Shoppers return to the U.K. high street after lockdown?”, has reinforced our conviction that our decision to move our business online was undoubtedly the correct one. At the same time, we realise just how lucky we are that our stock is not perishable, neither are our activities affected in any significant manner by the present “social distancing” regulations. Indeed, our hearts go out to all those in the leisure sector, pubs, cafes, restaurants and the like, whose businesses have effectively been hamstrung by the current pandemic ~

Open for BusinessWhilst business at the moment could best be described as no more than “ticking”, we are at least able to continue trading ~ Our store remains fully open, and as always we stand “Happy to Help”. Meanwhile, our friendly local Post Office at Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury remains open, albeit on reduced hours, and our long-standing logistics partners Royal Mail continue to offer worldwide Shipping facilities, thus ensuring that our Customers requirements are properly serviced throughout this difficult time ~
