OUR PAYMENT POLICY:- For ease and convenience,
all goods listed on this site are priced in $USD. Payment is normally
accepted in all other currencies. In all cases, the rate of exchange
quoted on www.xe.com at the moment of settlement shall be that
used to calculate the value of the transaction which will then
be processed in £GBP for settlement purposes when payment is made
via Credit or Debit cards. Settlement is in $USD when payment
is made via PayPal. We are pleased to accept payment by American
Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.
OUR
LAYAWAY PLAN:- Any order to the value of $300 USD or
more may be paid for in three easy instalments by either Credit
or Debit Card. Upon receipt of your First Payment, your order
will be reserved for you. Payments Two and Three will then be
charged to your card on the same day of each of the following
two months, or earlier should you so decide. Upon receipt of your
final payment, your order will immediately be despatched, fully
insured to your home or store.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY:- All purchases will normally
be packed and shipped to you, fully insured, within three business
days of receipt of payment. Goods may only be shipped to the billing
address of the Credit / Debit Card used to settle the transaction.
OUR RETURNS POLICY:- If Property purchased is
materially different than as represented on this site, the original
Buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving
the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the Seller
and by returning the Property to the Seller, in the same condition
as when received by the Buyer, at the Buyer's risk, cost and expence.
If the item was damaged during shipping, the Buyer must contact
the Shipper to resolve this matter. In such circumstance, the
Seller shall provide all necessary documentation in order to assist
the Buyer with His / Her claim.
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES POLICY:- Whether you're
buying or selling, you'll find that we offer the sort of genuinely
fair deal which makes for Happy and Satisfied Customers. That
said, in the unlikely event that you have cause for complaint
in your dealings with us, please don't hesitate to contact us
right away that we might have the opportunity, promptly to rectify
the problem. We promise that anything less than complete Customer
Satisfaction will be thoroughly investigated and matters put to
rights within five business days of notification.

that we may collect about you lawfully and in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998.
We may collect information about you for two reasons, firstly,
to process your order, and secondly, in order that we may provide

may be of interest to you. However, we will always offer you the

accordance with our internal security policy and the law and we
shall not transfer the information which we may hold about you
